The Hayward heater represents the very latest in heating
technology for swimming pools and spas. Advanced features include a rust resistant water path with polymer header assembly, a rapid-heat combustion chamber, and a direct spark ignition system for optimum performance and extended product life. Plus, H-Series heaters are simple to install, thanks to its low profile design, light weight, and exclusive CPVC plumbing capability.

• Rust resistant water path, with injection-molded polymer header and union lock-nut assembly, provides for extended product life and simple installation.
• Exclusive CPVC plumbing kit included free with every H-Series heater. Allows for universal heater replacement and maximum plumbing versatility.
  
• Specially designed for maximum efficiency even under adverse conditions, such as low water flow and cold incoming water, uniquely sensitive thermal control valve continually monitors and regulates water flow, maintaining water temperature.
  
• Constructed of tough, durable Eugenox, a proprietary steel alloy, H-Series burners can be removed individually or as a complete unit for easy maintenance and cleaning.

Hi performance Low Nox. The new Hayward H-Series Low Nox Induced Draft Heaters feature a patent pending Finn Plate™ heat exchanger for constant heat disperse-ment, state-of-the-art pre-mix burners for environmentally friendly Low Nox outputs, hot surface ignition for instant and reliable fire up, and an advanced L.E.D. digital control panel for simple programming of pool temperatures.

It also includes an induced draft system that constantly moves air through the combustion chamber at a precise flow rate. As a result, all outside weather variables that can affect the heating performance, such as wind conditions, are eliminated — without having to install a high-wind stack.

NOTE: The Hayward IDL Series of heaters meet the Nox Emission standards set by the California South Coast Quality Air Management Commission for 2001.
